This bright, contemporary apartment is a great base for enjoying Manchester. The open-plan living area has a generous sofa, Smart TV and dining table – ideal for pre-drinks, takeaways after a gig or relaxed movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cookware, so you can cook brunch, fix snacks or just plate up food from nearby restaurants. A washing machine makes it practical for longer city stays too. Both bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds, quality bedding and storage for luggage and clothes. A double sofa bed in the lounge allows the apartment to sleep up to six guests when needed. With two modern bathrooms – one en-suite and one main bathroom – everyone can get ready at the same time before heading out.
Other Details to Note
Being in central Manchester, you’ll experience some of the usual city buzz. Most guests love the location, but very light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. This is a residential building, not a party venue. Registered guests only and no parties – this helps keep stays comfortable for everyone, especially at the weekend. External areas of the building may be monitored by CCTV for safety; there are no cameras inside the apartment. Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed.
